SortByAge.com algorithms are best in class, but still imperfect, please expect 75-90% accuracy in terms of ordering by age (with good quality images). If we are unable to tag 70% of high-quality images with the loved one's face showing, we offer a full refund. Not recommended for slideshows with a high percentage of photos with beards.

For the photos shared with SortByAge.com, all images will be converted to jpg or png files (we auto-convert HEIC files to age-tag them).

We only age-tag photos; no input-videos or other files will be age-tagged.

For photos where your loved ones face is not detected or clear enough for an estimate we will tag the photo with NA_Original_Image_Name to allow manual sort for these images

Your images, slideshows and/or video will be available for download for 14-days from a shared DropBox folder. After 14-days, SortByAge deletes all of the images. Your images will not be sold or used in any way by SortByAge or our affiliates.

If you have more than 250 photos for your tribute, you can purchase a 2nd CeleSort package. The age tagging on image file names will enable you to sort across multiple batches gracefully.
